I digress-- Hello! My name is Kat. I am a human being who suffers from depressive
symptoms and low self-esteem. But I am completely in love with this world and all
the critters in it. I am also smitten with all things frilly, girlie, bowed, polka-dotted, kitten-filled, smile-prone, and uplifting.
I am on a mission to become the happiest, most confident, fun-loving, and mentally- and emotionally-stable me. So!! I will be posting what I am trying to use and how it is/is not working.
